Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
We use Less Annoying CRM to keep our contact database updated for members, prospects, donors and business partners. The database is very easy to use and importing our contacts from spreadsheets was simple and painless. The Less Annoying CRM platform gives us much more efficient technology vs the spreadsheets we were using in the past. The challenges we had prior to Less Annoying CRM implementation was our program managers were using a combination of other solutions in the MS suite (Word, Excel) to keep records on key contacts. Now that we have implemented Less Annoying CRM we are in a much more efficient environment for our non profit. As a non profit we have limited funds, and the Less Annoying CRM suite of software is not only very efficient .... but very affordable.

I used Salesforce in the past when I worked for a large corporation. Less Annoying CRM seems to be more user friendly and very simple to implement
