Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

Less Annoying CRM is incredibly versatile and makes it easy to keep track of conversations with clients and prospects. I have created my own sales funnels and can check off tasks within them as they are completed.

Pros

  • I can create all of my own categories and labels for each contact which helps me keep track of my completed tasks
  • Their customer service is great! I have received excellent support, even better than other CRM systems I have used that cost more
  • I love the fact that I can enter "relationships" so specific contacts can be associated with each other
  • I also love the way that I need to enter a company just once and then can attach and link the contacts that belong to that company, rather than having to type out the address every time. This also adds to the continuity of contact information

Cons

  • I wish there were some additional Bulk actions to be taken with groups of contacts
  • I am able to customize my own sales pipeline in a way that is different from the customary pipeline, which has made it that much easier to stay in front of clients/prospects
It is very versatile, however could use a little improvement in the bulk actions available for groups of contacts
Simpler and more versatile than Pipedrive, where I actually get to speak with a customer service rep rather than be provided instructional recorded videos when I need help.

It's a great, and simple CRM that fits my needs almost perfectly. I like using the bcc email to attach emails to the system. I don't believe it has bulk emailing templates or functionality, however I wouldn't use that anyway. I used to use a CRM that would automatically add a new contact to the CRM after creating the contact on my phone. That would be a great feature!
