Lessonly Gets Training Done Quicker!
Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly
We are utilizing Lessonly across our entire organization. Lessonly helps us onboard our new-hires in a timely fashion as well as adding supplementary content as the industry changes around us. Lessonly is also used to help train our existing employees around changes in policies, procedures, or the industry we work within. Lessonly helps us not only scale our efforts, but it helps cut down on wasted time. Stop scheduling meeting after meeting to only reach a small selection of people and let Lessonly get the full audience tuned in when they have the availability to tune in.

Cons
- Tracking attendance for live events.
- Customer user roles with specific permissions.
- No free PPT to Lessonly conversion services.
- A decrease in our new-hire on-boarding time.
- An increase in new-hire productivity within their first two months.
- An increase in personal time savings due to a decrease with in-person training.
- Saba Cloud and LinkedIn Learning (Lynda.com)
Lessonly is just the bee's knees in the LMS space. A lot of the software we trialed had some but not all of the features that Lessonly boasts and promotes. I felt like Lessonly gave us more flexibility in how and what we train on while keeping it within an easy framework to work within. Lessonly also seems small in the sense that they bend over backward for you, but in reality, is a large company that just has that local company feel.
