Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly
We use Lessonly across our whole organization. It is not only a training vehicle; we also use it as a central communication vehicle and to house our Handbook, policy and procedures, and newsletter.
- Ease of use for the user
- Really great internal builder
- Integration with Bamboo HR and Humanity works well
- Triggers need more options. Currently, you can only trigger "when" something happens, not "if". This means that if someone has completed a task before you create the trigger, it will not work.
- Lessonly does not have an "undo" button, and it is always saving. So if you accidentally delete something, it is gone forever.
- We have seen an decrease in "tickets". Tickets for us are when things are not billed to insurance correctly so we have to resubmit. Tickets are also for mistakes when inventory in the stores are impacted from mistakes.
- We have had better knowledge retention.
- One negative is "legacy learners" that feel like they don't need to take the lessons so they spread negative feedback about the product.
The builder that is built directly into Lessonly is what makes it so much better on the admin side. On the user side, it really easy to use and keep up with.
