Overall Satisfaction with Lever
Lever is largely used to store confidential and collaborative feedback about the candidates we are looking to potentially hire. Getting all notes and opinions in one safe place is very helpful and makes decision making much faster, whether it is a yes or a no. Great tool overall for us.
- Team hiring.
- Feedback logic/UI.
- Notes, next steps, and candidate management.
- It would be nice to be easier to navigate for new users.
- Perhaps functionality where candidates can give hiring teams feedback as well.
- Pricing.
- Time savings on the hiring process internally and externally.
- Ability to collaborate with external recruiters.
- Help find superstars.
They are not too similar, but are the only two tools I've used.
