It is a great platform that encompasses a multitude of tasks, all in one place, and is easy to use.

Pros

  • Inventory Management.
  • Selling
  • On Account Sales with Deposits and Final Payment Completion.
  • Quick Keys in the Sell Screen.
  • Built-in Timekeeping System.

Cons

  • Backorder Remaining Items: Bring back the option to print only those items again.
  • Cross Communication with Add-ons.
  • Build an accounting system that looks and feels like QuickBooks.
  • Cost-effective and clear plan pricing is positive, 50% overall savings within our P&L compared to prior POS systems.
  • Outages on certain components definitely reduce productivity by 20%.
  • Offline Mode is hit hard by 50% due to only being able to accept cash or checks.
Simply well designed with obvious icons per component, making it easy to interface with.
Fantastically due to its powerful components combined with ease of use, support, help center, and intuitive interface. Made the choice easy to make!

The point of sale is fantastic when making sales to customers, receiving, stock control, etc., all around perfect. I would say that the merchant services component could use some other options for providers and hardware.
