LinkedIn Sales Navigator is used for prospecting new leads, utilize saving accounts for Account Based Marketing strategy and connecting with relevant contacts with lead builder. It is used throughout the company and brings more vast and versatile possibilities to reach prospects.
Pros
- Lead builder - search specific criteria for what prospects you are trying to reach out to.
- Save leads and accounts - on news feed, you can stay up to date with those prospect and you can casually bring that into conversation to make it a warmer lead.
Cons
- Messages - there should be a way to view sent messages and indicate if it was viewed.
- Social Selling Index - Explain a bit more on how it is relevant or impact to anyone's account. Also, provide tips or help on how to improve that number.
- Ability to connect with leads who were not in Salesforce, gained new business conversations and new leads.
- Higher connection rates/lead conversion from a cold lead to a warmer conversation.
From my experience, Sales Navigator is user friendly, even for those who are not great with technology. It also has a news feed to stay up to date with leads/accounts that you choose to want to know more from. Not many others can provide that.
