LinkedIn Sales Navigator Identifies Quality Contacts for B2B Marketing.
Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
I typically use LinkedIn Sales Navigator primarily for prospecting and gathering targeted contacts for each of our service offerings. As well, I use it for updating our existing key records within our CRM. LinkedIn Sales Navigator notifies me when contacts move to new organizations or if they get promotions or new titles.
Pros
- Great for segmenting by Job Title.
- Opportunity alerts can be set and I receive notifications.
- Can look at all employees for a particular company and identify best contacts.
Cons
- Contact information is not always the best, at least for email addresses.
- No bulk exports.
- Doesn't really replace the need for other tools.
- Advanced search and lead recommendations identify targets quickly.
- If you need quality contacts over quantity this is a more suitable tool.
- Still need to have other tools like ZoomInfo or Wiza for collecting contact data.
In my opinion, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator serve different purposes. ZoomInfo is more for providing accurate contact information, while LinkedIn Sales Navigator is more for identifying the exact contacts you want to market to. Being built on top of the LinkedIn social network, it is ideal for nabbing the same person you need from each organization.
