Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

Litmos is our Learning Management System used company-wide by all associates.
  • I love most of the support team. I feel like they go above and beyond to be helpful. They rate a 10 in my book.
  • For non-designers, there is an easy way to create courses.
  • The interface is clean and easy to navigate.
  • The account executive oversold the product and promised things the LMS could not do.
  • When communicating issues with account executive, there is not great communication or follow-through.
  • ADP sync is not working well.
  • Teams cannot be created based on location's street names - only by city.
  • Associates are excited to have training.
  • Management is exciting to have tracking and metrics.
  • The company is growing and by adding in an LMS we attract higher-quality associates excited to learn and grow with us.
I chose Litmos because of its advertised seamless integration with ADP. It turned out to not be so seamless... Hopefully, that will change.

The interface is still great, though.
It is well suited as a starter LMS. It is not a good content managing system. Nor is is great at hosting online meetings unless you use their services.
