There is ALWAYS room for improvement. If they had better technical support, it would get a higher rating from me.

Implementing this was a snap and, since we each took a piece of it, loading our content was "easy peasy!"

Well, I cannot speak for their own content as we use our own. But, as far as that is concerned it is very easy to use "right out of the box" and requires little set up. We have set ours up and re-set it more than once, which is tricky. My best advice is to thoroughly think through everything before you begin as the structure you adopt can be tricky to change.
