Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
We host our custom content on Litmos and sell this content in various ways. Learning Paths are used to group courses together and allow access to our content for a year to our subscribers. Non-subscribers are assigned individual courses that have a shorter expiration date. Our customers love how easy it is to use the LMS. In my opinion, from a management perspective, there is work to be done in the reporting.

- In my experience, reporting is a problem, especially if courses are assigned to an individual, but the individual is assigned to a team. In my experience, the team lead cannot generate a team quick report and see all the courses assigned on the individual level.
- Allowing the expiration date of a LP to be changed via a team
- Many of the parameters, like expiration date, emails are on the course level. It would be nice if these features were on the people level.
- It has a positive impact on our bottom line
- In my experience, managers are frustrated with the reporting and we have had to internally develop client reports
