Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
We use Litmos to have HR and compliance training in an organization. This is helpful when you want your employees to go through mandatory training within stipulated time. This platform is very much helpful to know which trainings are in place and how many people are completing the same. Apart from the standard on boarding training other customized trainings are also provided with help of Litmos.
Pros
- Dashboard with reports for trainings
- Sending notifications for training
- Tracking the course completion
Cons
- Dashboards can be improved more with type of users completing the training based on their roles
- Few quick and short courses can be added
- Improvement in Chatbot is required
- Time and cost is saved
- Trainees started enjoying the training through options like gamification
- Overall engagement ratio in important trainings is increased
This was also good product which was used for compliance training.
