Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

One thing that people like about this app is that it lets them watch and record their learning journey or progress. It shows users which lessons they have finished. Litmos is the learning management system we use most of the time for both internal and external customers. It's usually easy to upload modules and make classes.

Pros

  • Allows users to monitor and track their learning progress.
  • UI and screen for tracking ongoing training progress.
  • Easy to upload modules and create classes.

Cons

  • Difficulty in setting up meetings.
  • Need for bug fixes for smooth operation.
  • High cost.
  • Allows mobile-friendly menu and training information.
  • Facilitates hosting webinars and live conferences.
  • Provides summary cards for tracking training results.
  • Shows completed lessons and module completion.

There was no difficulty in the implementation of Litmos.
Even though this tool is pricey, I think it's totally worth it, as it manages hosting, protection etc. The customer service is also great. It is also compatible with MAC, Windows, Android, and other smart devices. I will recommend Litmos.
