Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We use it as an internal LMS system. As a wholesale distributor we use it to deliver product knowledge training, compliance training, and process training on our computer systems.

From a learner standpoint, it is fairly simple to use and easy to help employees to get to their assigned courses. There are some things that don't make as much sense to me in the admin side. The way that is set up with Features is somewhat confusing at times. Knowing exactly how everything works can be difficult and sometimes I think I've figured out a problem, only to realize that it didn't do what I understood it did.
Litmos is a great affordable option for a solid LMS with a robust content library to add. It was a great choice for us to make since we went from having no LMS or internally created courses. If you are looking for a lot of data, it probably isn't the best option.
