Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

Litmos is used to provide compliance related training to Clinical Staff. This allows us to manage and track compliance related courses to ensure 100% compliance rates.

There are minor improvements which can be made but overall it meets our business needs.
I was not involved in the implementation but have heard that it went well.
Litmos is easy to use from a user and admin perspective. The reporting can be improved, such as reporting on assignment rules, at a module level. A nice to have would be an assignment tool so that a course would not need to be created every time we need to assign content with different due dates.
