Adobe Dreamweaver, Mobify, now part of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Acoustic Campaign (formerly IBM Watson Campaign Automation)

Litmus is good to import your code (or type it in). Mainly we use it to check the code for compatibility across the 53 ESPs that our users primarily use. After that, we launch the emails through Acoustic.
