Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use it to preview how our emails will appear in various email clients and use the results to fix bugs.
Pros
- Rendering our emails.
- Using as a live coeditor to see what your designs look like in real time.
- We're a Mac based office so Litmus allows us to preview what our emails look like in various versions of Outlook.
Cons
- I'd love the ability to resize the window in real time.
- I'd love suggestions as for bug fixing in real time.
- Customer Sat is improved since we put out emails we are confident of.
- Productivity is up because our developers can identify issues before it gets to QA.
They help us narrow down marketing segments to target.
We use Litmus for enabling commenting and sharing, or using task lists and status updates.
We've used email on acid and litmus is light years ahead. Plus, the UI is light years ahead of the competition. I'd love to see Litmus plugin for Sublime Text and X-Code but I think that is wishful thinking. Ultimately, it works so we choose not to explore any other options at the current moment.
