Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Litmus is used by several departments at my company. Mostly it is used to build emails and send samples to review and make suggestions for changes. It helps us collaborate on one platform to view many emails at once and suggest improvements/make changes individually.

Pros

  • Visualizing HTML
  • Easy to use UI
  • Clear and simple way to send test emails

Cons

  • HTML color-coded, similar to Sublime
  • More clear organizational process
  • Quicker review cycles for long journeys
We have not integrated Litmus with anything, but it would be helpful to integrate it with Marketo because I much prefer it to Marketo.
We don't use Litmus for email engagement or performance metrics.
We send test emails to all stakeholders at once to collect feedback and comments in one place. Litmus makes this process faster and more organized than if it were done in Microsoft or Google.

Yes

Litmus is good for visualizing emails, but for a large company. It's not a solution for sending mass emails or building journeys. I recommend it for mid-size companies that want to do it all.
