Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
End-to-end testing for all email campaigns. This allow us to focus on the 97% of email clients used by our members.
- Render test.
- In box placement.
- Load time test.
- Spam check.
- Add new clients faster (dark mode for all major clients).
- Suggest solutions for broken code with code examples/video solutions.
- Add example library of components that tend to work across all clients.
- Allowed us to focus on much bigger things than just debugging 2010 Outlook which is less than 0.01% of our users.
- Renders reveal exact issue therefore one can test that block of code.
In-house
Load test general reveals how fast our email will load. We don't do much testing on the click-through after testing with Litmus; but I am sure there could be learnings on the improvements.
We use it most of the time with different stakeholders including copy, design and developers.
