Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

I use Litmus multiple times a day to QA client emails across platforms - allowing me to create a seamless User experience and smooth delivery no matter what email platform our audience uses. Litmus also helps us strengthen our relationship with clients since we're able to share a QA link for client review of email creative.

  • Slow to load previews
  • Tips on HTML edits for difficult browsers (like Windows 10)
  • Autopopulated names
  • Shorter email review cycles
  • Ability to send link when test emails are blocked by spam
  • Customizable previews depending on relevant email platforms
We do not use Litmus's email performance metrics, since we launch out of our own system
We use Litmus exclusively to QA and review HTML sends for our business. The tools Litmus has makes it very easy to streamline the process to clients.

Yes

Litmus has been great when our clients provide HTML, and we need to test how the HTML will render to see what changes need to be made. I especially need to use Litmus when clients provide any exported HTML from Hubspot, since those formats always seem to have issues. I do not use Litmus when I code my own email for our clients since I know how that code will render.
