Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Currently we use Litmus to check how our emails are displayed on different devices. We also use it with specific campaigns where we have HTML emails and we need to create several versions. Last, we use it to QA emails in different locales. We create previews so our stakeholders can preview and comment the emails.
Pros
- Litmus is solid in terms of email in general. Their tools make it very easy to design and preview emails. I find beneficial the possibility to share and comment on the emails with the stakeholders as this speeds up our processes.

- Litmus has helped us to test and review emails faster. After the designers create the emails, it's very easy and fast to test in different browsers to find issues.
We are able to design and test emails and make them look good on different devices. This has helped us to be better and improve the quality of our communications.
Being able to see the email performance metrics has allowed us to compare with other sources and come up with a realistic picture of how we are doing, how Apple privacy is affecting us and how we can improve our email program.
We have used this feature to check the different languages we manage. Not only for new emails but to review and QA the old ones. It's the fastest way to do it because the translators can see and comment on the email.
