Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus mainly to test new emails for marketing campaigns. Main issues we adress is the reputation and the correct rendering of the email in various ESPs and devices.
Pros
- Great variety of ESPs and their versions to render emails Strong preview and QA feature which allows to quickly identify bigger issues Up to date content and plenty of tutorials with everything email Best in class
Cons
- Expensive for the number of previews it includes UI can be confusing Limited templates
- Litmus has had a very positive impact in or pure email marketing KPIs (deliverability, open rate, click, etc.) together with saving us precious time testing new emails.
We do not have it integrated with our email marketing tool as of yet.
It is a fundamental part of our email marketing strategy since it allows us to have a deeper understanding of customer behavior and shape our comm strategy accordingly.
