We use Litmus for emails. It's primordial tool to ensure our emails delivery quality and gain of time

Litmus Email preview directly in Salesforce marketing cloud help time saving and better experience. It avoided to navigate to another page and connect to Litmus.
It helped laso by no need to send every test to Litmus, we could preview and send the final test after adjustement to Litmus
It's faster when you need to asjust a personnalization and check it quickly
Litmus helped our organization to avoid email going to spam. Also it helped us to deliver a very good email template quality to our clients by using different Litmus functionnalities. With Litmis we are more confident to deliver email templates to our clients and that means that we could offer this service with less risks
Enabling commenting , sharing and status updates are the most common Litmus' Proof feature that we used for some of my clients . these features helpes us on time saving, centralize the information, analysis the email content or structure and better workflow. It helped also to keep history of old emails and interactions/comments.

- Litmus well suited when you need to test your email template on multiple devices
- Litmus well suited when you have a different collaborators to work on email validation
-Litmus is well suited when you don not have enough coding/html skills
- Litmus less appropriate when you use always the same email template and that is very simple
