Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We develop email templates for clients that are compliant with local accessibility standards. We use it to create the components of the template for them to use, rather than ongoing testing of campaign emails.

Pros

  • Wide range of devices
  • Easy to use
  • Integration with SFMC
  • Cool add-on features such as countdown timer

Cons

  • Significantly more expensive than competitors
  • Ability to produce quality templates
I haven't used this integration in many years. As someone working agency-side, I wish there were a way to separate my client accounts in Litmus and integrate each one with the clients' tools.
