Overall Satisfaction with Litmus from Validity
We use Litmus to proofread emails and share emails with the client. We build the emails directly in Litmus and then share the proofs with the clients for them to make edits. Litmus enables our clients to provide direct feedback on email proofs, allowing for a smooth process. It has really helped us work effectively.

- Commenting on proofs
- Proofing different renders across devices
- Highlighting the exact spot of code when clicking a part of the email.
Cons
- Sometimes the links take a while to load in the previews
- I would like to be able to AB tests emails directly within one proof
- We save a lot of time not needing to share email proofs across many renders.
- Our clients are effectively able to comment any edits and changes made, they appreciate the use of Litmus.
We love being able to preview renders directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It's nice to not have to send the test proof into Litmus, even though that is an option, as well!
Deeper visibility into our emails has really helped out our reporting and metrics because we can prevent issues from prior.
We have been able to use Litmus to provide email previews in many presentations. It has been helpful to see emails on real phones in a PowerPoint presentation. Our clients and prospective clients have greatly appreciated being able to view real emails.
