Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
I had a client that is a large IT firm using LogMein for access to QuickBooks Desktop remotely. It was full of glitchs and slow. They have since switched to a new provider for remote access with QuickBooks. For other applications we still use it, but now rarely. Just not impressed with reliability.
- For remote access by customer support to fix issues it is fine.
- If you are trying to stay on the cheap side it is ok.
- Remote access to use QuickBooks was poor at best. Would get booted out after about 20-30 minutes of remote access. Making it difficult to do much work.
- Login issues using logmein for QuickBooks was frustrating.
- I rarely use it, any more.
- For some tech support it is ok.
Glance is faster and seems to work flawlessly.
