LogMeIn Central by GoTo generally outperforms TeamViewer and ConnectWise ScreenConnect in several key areas. While both alternatives have their merits, they come with drawbacks such as higher costs and performance issues over slow connections. A significant differentiator for me is the user interface, which is crucial for daily use. In terms of ease of use, I have found LogMeIn Central by GoTo to be the most user-friendly among the options available.

Great at direct Remote Access to specific machines, but is not a "true" RMM solution

We use both LogMeIn Central by GoTo and a true RMM product. LogMeIn Central by GoTo has its role as an easier method to remotely access selected oft-used machines, whereas the RMM product is much, much more cost effective to rollout to entire infrastructure footprints.

Even when I've already logged in, there are situations where I need to confirm my email address while logging into a website. It prohibits the simultaneous log-in of several accounts. When you switch between accounts, you are automatically logged out. LogMeIn Central is far ahead better in terms of service.
