Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

Logmein Central was used to support over 600 endpoints across our company and other companies and locations. We used the software to support all users, servers, desktops, and offsite laptops. We needed a platform that would work for users offsite and onsite, where they may be on public wifi or even hotspots.
  • Simple interface.
  • Simple setup.
  • Fast remote control.
  • Simple deployment.
  • Can be slow to connect.
  • Not an advanced feature set.
  • Scripting and plans are complex.
  • Lacking live reporting.
  • Lacking live alerts has been a problem for us.
It's a strong product, but does lack some needed features for an IT department.
The product did always work. We have not experienced any downtime.
LogMeIn is a great product for simple remote control. It allows staff and users to access the content that they need. There is also the abilty to view live information on the devices.
LogMeIn does not do alerting well, as there are no hard drive alerts or CPU alerts for high usage of the devices.
