Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Pro
We use LogMeIn Pro to connect to our internal users as well as our customers.
- one website to use to allow us to connect to our customers
- easy to manage users
- the ability to use it cross platform
- cross version support is not very good
- the unattended install does not always work
- the file transfer is very slow so this would be a negative POI
- the positive roi would be the the ease of use for all levels of staff
