Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Pro
LogMeIn Pro is used by my IT Team to provide remote support to users. From a security stand-point, all users in my organsation do not have administrative privilege, that is where LogMeIn Pro comes in handy. LogMeIn Pro is used to have remote sessions by the administartors to perform administrative tasks via remote screen sharing.

- Ability to provide screen sharing for non-desktop related applications as well
- The authentication via code sharing can be made more robust and fool-proof
- The user interface can be made more intuitive
- The pricing can be made more cheaper and easier on end users
- Great investment to manage small to medium enterprises
- Excellent remote administration capabilities without much user training
- Some concerns related to data handling. For example, anyone with access can have total control of the system at BIOS level which is scary.
LogMeIn Pro is better suited for commercial enterprises as it has got good vendor support, is value for money and comes with a host of features other than screen sharing including secure file transfer. It is light-weight, easy to work with and no installation literally required. All these features work in favour of a pleasant user experience.
