Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
At [...] we use LogMeIn Rescue to provide remote IT support to other employees. We sometimes need to escalate to admin and/or transfer sessions to other IT support agents and this tool is very useful for all of our needs. We support many different issues, from email to driver related troubleshooting.

- Ability to elevate to service without disconnecting session
- I don't work with numbers but LogMeIn Rescue makes our work easier
