Good Service, needs improvement
Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
We use LogMeIn Rescue to mirror into clients devices, to help them through their systems. This allows us to show clients in real time the different ways to use their devices. This also allows us to trouble shoot any errors their systems might be experiencing. Without LogMeIn Rescue we would have to blindly guide clients through, making it extremely difficult to stay on the same page and show them efficiently how to use their devices.
Pros
- Connect us to clients in real time.
- Allows us to have full capabilities
- is efficient in connecting us to others around the world
Cons
- Slowness of the service, does not allow us to complete tasks quickly
- Takes people awhile to connect and when the session isn't properly closed on both ends, clients need to reboot system
- Does not allow us to have full capabilities on Mac products
- It does not allow us to quickly view clients issues
- It does allow us to connect with most clients
LogMeIn Rescue helps us secure peoples information. In this, we are only able to connect to clients session if they have the pin and are typing in correctly. I always tell people this will only allow us to connect when we have confirmed security details and are able to talk to them efficiently.
I feel this way because, it is hard to get onto therefore feel as though it is secure.
I have never used any other mirroring system. I would not know how they compete but I do know LogMeIn Rescue is great but needs some fixing on bugs and capabilities with how fast the system moves especially because the whole point is to fix and help fastly and in a timely manner.
