Overall Satisfaction with Loom
We use Loom to simplify some communication with our clients and our internal and external teams. Any feedback, bug, issue, etc. we need to communicate to our stakeholders, which needs a lot of written text or other formatted media, is done using videos with talk-throughs via Loom. We also use Loom to provide video guides to our clients to navigate any tool or product.

- Editing the video once it's made is suer easy on their backend tool - so we don't need to get the video completely right while recording.
- Their folder system makes it easy to organize videos.
Cons
- The transcripts feature isn't accurate and captures incorrect words.
- Chrome & Mac app.
- Record screen + camera.
- Video + Text comments.
- ClickUp integration.
- We take less time in communicating issues and there is a minimal back-and-forth between stakeholders on questions.
- These videos can be saved on Loom and our internal tools, which provide lifetime value.
When we evaluated the alternatives, Loom was by far the most advanced tool, with multiple types of integrations. Additionally, Loom also provided a Free plan, which made it easy to consider as an alternative. Vidyard and similar tools integrated better with certain other tools (Vidyard + HubSpot), but Loom had better overall integrations with most tools we use.
