Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I use Lucidchart for showcasing ideas and business process flows.. way for me to have teams and business visualize the concept easily, also allowing to collaborate, present and have feedback. Yes used by entire organization.
- Business process flows

- Drawing using stylus pen, can be improved for smoother transition
- Sometimes it becomes difficult to search the types of flows.. I would recommend based on the job title have some default templates added to the types, so that we need not keep searching and selecting the diagrams or shapes.
- Improved productivity, due to pandemic everything being virtual helped better communication.
- Saved time, for explaining and even drawing ideas or brainstorming.
Used in Atlassion, made documentation easy with one place to showcase details and also the diagrams.
