Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's quite easy to get started with Lucid and I think the usability has been improving overtime. So there isn't anything I feel unsatisfied or I want to complain. I would say that there are a lot more features in Lucid that I know are powerful but I don't know how to use them. It doesn't block me to do my day to day tasks and that's probably why I don't have much motivation to learn. When I tried in the past, I have the impression that wasn't super easy to learn and I couldn't really see how to apply those features into what I want to do.
I used Lucidchart to create flowchart and collaborate with others in the company. It is extremely helpful when I need to brainstorm concepts and turn ideas into tangible artifact. Often, I create the first draft and then invite others to give their inputs. Most of my diagram will be stickies, boxes and arrows.
  • Create flowchart
  • Analytics taxonomy
  • Mind mapping
  • Timeline
  • Gantt chart
  • License management
  • Lucid does help improve productivity and efficiency of collaboration
  • Lucid also makes it a lot easier to turn ideas into actionable items
Slack integration is probably the most useful one for me and my team. Because it accelerates the collaboration and reduces the friction among the team. I makes notification, sharing, and viewing content really easy. It was also a seamless process for us to learn about the integration and adopt it in the company. For most other integrations, I don't have much experience with and don't have the motivation to learn about them.
Skipping the question since I never contact the support in the past.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

If it's solo work, I prefer Lucidchart over all its competitors. For larger group collaboration, Lucidspark or Miro is much much preferred than Lucidchart. Figma is ok for some basic use but can't handle complex stuffs. MURAL and Visio are just terrible products to use in general. So Lucidchart is one of my top three for sure.
I think it's great for smaller group of team working together. Or if it's presenting to a larger group (but most people are just viewing instead of actively editing). It usually struggles if there is a large group of editors. I think Lucid is less flexible when it comes to free collaboration than its competitors. I do love the tool and really enjoy using it. But it always gives me a hiccup when I need to use it with people I know that aren't yet Lucid users.
