Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

It was easy for us as it was two IDs. We are now looking to add more users. The explanation for enterprise users needs to be clearer. Also, improvement on pricing & email. It's a little confusing.
We operate in the B2B space, primarily in international logistics. Lusha is used to identify key decision-makers in our local & international markets. Since using Lusha for the last 12 months, we have seen a 7-day improvement in our conversion cycle. This has also helped us identify and train younger talent, unlike traditional experienced professionals who were already familiar with the market.

The accuracy of data. Ease of use. Decent engagement/email marketing function. It's also easier to use for the young crowd.
