Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp allows us as educational facilitators to keep in touch with our customers and those with an interest in what we do, through both independent and collective communications. The software is not the easiest to set-up fully, but once it is established, it is very easy to manage and is really comprehensive with functions.

Mailchimp was the most commonly used mail management software when I started to look, and was the first one I tried out. I used to use Outlook and manage my contacts independently, but this became quite difficult to do well, and the software has taken a lot of the actual management difficulties away from this.
