Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite

We use MailerLite to send content and promotional emails to our users. MailerLite is super user friendly to set up campaigns, manage contacts, and create automations that lighten the workload.

Pros

Cons

  • In automations, you can't manually add a user or let them opt out, they can only unsubscribe.
  • some of our businesses rely heavily on email marketing for conversions. Without sending emails through MailerLite, our revenue would be a third of what it is
It's pretty intuitive and when I get stuck, there's plenty of documentation to guide through the steps. Then the customer support team is there within a few minutes to help if I'm still stuck.

Everything is pretty intuitive and user-friendly. Whenever we're stuck on something, the customer support team is just a few minutes away with great support.
