Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

Mainly for remote support, configurations and software deployment.

Pros

  • Asset Inventory
  • Remote support
  • Configuration deployment

Cons

  • Customized reports
  • Showing Windows 11 computers as Windows 10 in the main portal
  • Software deployment is not quite handy or work as expected.
  • Productivity increased due to providing quick remote support
It is working as expected, no issued with Endpoint Central.
Used it many years ago, not relevant at the moment

Quite happy with Endpoint Central, it works very well remote support and pushing some configuration.
