Usability

The application is generally easy to navigate and understand. New staff usually has a grasp on it within the first day of using it outside of some of the more advanced features.

Intune doesn't offer 3rd party patching and the reporting isn't on the same level for some of the offerings in this application. Nessus is very expensive, and we have used both at the same time to compare and they pull the same results with the ManageEngine Endpoint Central implementation being easier to read and navigate.

We have found the overall suite to be top notch. The computer reporting (software, device, etc), 3rd party patching, general tools, USB control, are all excellent.

There are things we aren't using anymore, such as OS Deployments and Application Control which need work in our opinion and prefer other solutions (Intune) for these now.
