Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
We use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to manage our laptop, desktop, and server environment. We use it to push patches, software, image new systems, mitigate vulnerabilities, and manage inventory. Our environment is around a total of 800 systems and about 400 users. We attempted to use the MDM features but struggled with deployment and management.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central was the clear winner for us, as intune was not as user friendly and ivanti was extremely expensive and significantly less user friendly. The cost of ManageEngine Endpoint Central was the main selling point, along with the ease of use. It was almost built for our environment, which made adoption much easier.

As I am not the purchaser, I do not know if we have purchased this or not.
the support in the chat tool has been clutch a number of times. The support staff in that tool are extremely great and have been helpful countless times. Any time we need help to get a specific query, or navigate a specific problem, they have been extremely helpful.
