Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

We use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to control all our endpont devices from all over Australia to keep the device secure, updated and help our staff do their work when they have issues with their devices.

Pros

  • Updates
  • EndPoint Security
  • Remote Management

Cons

  • The look and feel of the product needs a refresh
  • More work to go into working with compaies who use workgroups and not just AD
  • More control over how devices can install software
  • Freeing up time for IT staff
  • Supporting Staff Better
  • Control over applications and controls
Just needs to be more user friendly in the design of the pages and layouts.
