I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management, deployning specific applications, and remotre management. It was been very useful for asset management and reporting.

Pros

  • Remote support
  • Asset inventory

Cons

  • Uninstallation of specific programs
  • Positive is patch management, for revision
  • Negative is thas not have simple client for remote control like Team viewer
Only for not having remote support client like team viever, it would be mutch practical, becouse now you mast login to central console.
