- Lead nurturing with the engagement engine is brilliant, easy, and powerful.
- Integration with CRM, especially with Salesforce is just too easy and really boosts the value of your CRM.
- Workflow management is very flexible, but still very easy to use.
- I'm missing marketing resource management (MRM) and marketing asset management (MAM) functionality for it to become a fully integrated marketing management suite.
Marketo is best of breed. No surprise they rule the Gartner Magic Quandrant.
