Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

We use Microsoft 365 in order to complete daily tasks throughout the business. We are able to communicate to other businesses through emails, track KPI's through excel, sort through data, find trends in sales to inventory with excel, and make any document we need with the help of word. These tools are user friendly, easy to use, and compatibly across the board.

Pros

  • User Friendly, great help section, online community
  • Having Copilot as an option to use
  • Being able to access the Microsoft 365 account anywhere

Cons

  • Search function in outlook could be improved
  • cost per user lower for small business
  • More templates
  • Make employees more efficient
  • Standardizing across company tasks

Very easy to use any of the products, different tools to help you learn the products, help is good and easy to follow, lot of videos online that help you learn different things. Same interface across different products so you get familiar where options or buttons are to make using the products efficient
Microsoft 365 is better in the fact that it doesn't try to upsell you daily. Adobe is always trying to get me to go premium.

Yes

Without Microsoft 365 it would be very hard to conduct business in today's world. The product is streamlined throughout their different products so once you learn one program you can use them all. Without Microsoft 365 I am not sure how we would track our inventory data and be able to process a physical inventory in our company, costing our products would be difficult to determine without excel.
