Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

We use Microsoft 365 for everything in our organization, from emails to apps like excel and word. Our DNS server is also on Microsoft so it makes it easy to have everything from licenses to online server services all centered in one product.

Pros

  • Teams meetings.
  • Data sharing.
  • Centralized hub for all apps related to day to day

Cons

  • Recording meetings should be a toggle on meeting creation instead of going into the meeting options.
  • Stop renaming it.
  • Outlook tries to organize the inbox, but traditional is better
  • Easy communications between the employees with Teams
  • Access to all my data on the mobile apps while on the go
  • The Microsoft 365 Exchange email server is superior and means our emails are pushed faster.
If you need to do something for your organization for Microsoft 365, you can do almost everything from the Admin center. Things are organized in a intuitive way and usually easy to find. If you run into trouble, you can use the web to search for help, and since Microsoft 365 is such a widely used product, you can easily find support.

Tools like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive enable seamless collaboration, file sharing, and real-time communication across locations. Great for organizations prioritizing cloud-based workflows and secure access from anywhere. We rely heavily on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for integrated editing, version control, and co-authoring features. Cloud storage is also very useful for every employee to share data but also to have data synced across multiple devices for the same user.
