Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

I have used Microsoft 365 daily for the last 2 and a half years. I have extensively used the tools inside Microsoft 365 for spreadsheet, analysis, review, notes and presentation purposes. The tools under this product is very much user friendly and dynamic in nature. Me along with all the members if my team consider Microsoft 365 to be our daily bread and butter for all these and effective communications too.

Pros

  • Absolutely brilliant interface
  • Compatible to wide range of file types
  • Can be very easily linked to any and every shared file

Cons

  • Presentation tool of Microsoft can be better.
  • The issue with version control can be worked on for betterment
  • Notes of can have a bit better interface and pop-up colors.
  • The dynamic nature of the app helped in fast and effective completion of task that helped in meeting deadlines.
  • Microsoft 365 allowed us to create and modify files that helped in synchronizing the same with client side and modify the files based on their feedback simultaneously.
  • I can defend the efficient tools in Microsoft 365 allowed us to meet all the client deliverables and hence increasing the roi by around 5% because of this product in play only.

The subscription model ensures continuous updates, keeping the tools up-to-date and feature-rich.

Microsoft 365 was really effective in meetings and maintained privacy of each users. All MG team members were very impressed by this. The dynamic nature of Microsoft teams also helped in client calls. But the user friendliness of Microsoft teams looks off compared to Zoom app. That will help us choose Microsoft Teams everyday over zoom.
