Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365
It provides collaboration and productivity tools for document creation for word processing, spreadsheet creation, and slideshow development. We have about 350 employees that create materials for staff and students. It's an effective tool in our tool belt for making meaningful materials for digital visual presentation as well as printed materials. It also adds flexibility with virtual meetings with Teams and a robust ability to operate with other organizations’ documents.

Microsoft is the most business friendly especially in the business sector. In the education sector it is not as popular but still wield a ton of respect. Microsoft has their strengths and often has more features than the typically user would need, which is both a strength and a weakness when ti comes to usablility.
