Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

I use Microsoft 365 for everything in my workday, from communicating using outlook and teams to productivity apps such as word, excel, and powerpoint. Every app is easy to use and functions as it's supposed to. I wouldn't know how to perform all the tasks related to my work without it.

Pros

Cons

  • Sharepoint is sometimes difficult to navigate through to find the right files
  • OneDrive sometimes doesn't sync properly
  • Having to re-download frequently used files stored on OneDrive cloud is kinda annoying
  • Helped us save time on projects
  • Enabled us to collaborate remotely, eliminating expensive in person meetings
  • Enables creation of powerful analysis with office tools
Microsoft 365 is the gold standard for performing project tasks in a professional environment, enabling the quick transfer and exchange of files and ideas for team members who work locally and remotely. Its suite of tools is familiar and has evolved to being cloud based, allowing for files to be updated in real time from near and far.
Microsoft 365 works together well with other apps and performs well as it is the standard setter in many settings. Salesforce is good at what it excels and functions at. The two products do not compete in the same field and are good complementary tools to achieve project management goals and tasks.

Microsoft 365 is well suited for use in an enterprise/corporate setting and enables file sharing and backup, as well as ease of collaboration with the means to communicate and send files to team members. Everything is in its usual place and intuitive to use. Less appropriate for file storage as transferring to and from cloud is slow at times
