Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365
Used for common business applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Outlook being the most used of the applications, for email and calendaring, appointment tracking, etc.
Word being the second most used, for word processing, mail merge.
Excel provides the functionality to manage tracking of expenses and cost annalists.
Pros
- Email tracking and management
- Word Processing for typing business documents
- Spreadsheet for tracking of expenses
Cons
- Wish the Office package was not so costly, especially in larger environments.
- Outlook (Classic) should be provided outside of the Office package for free or in a perpetual version. While the functionality is good, if you don't renew the 365 license, your historical emails are unavailable.
- If you spend a lot of time offline, without internet access, the programs will not be able to continue to function, without checking for subscription.
- After trying other email clients, Outlook is the most feature rich! The calendaring fiction is very helpful for tracking appointments, and keeping track for not loosing track of time.
- Word is a time saving application, allowing for document preparation, and assists in making the documents look professional.
- Excel is great for tracking of expenses, creating presentations of fiscal and numeric based explanations
